Questions

WILL THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn. The reception will be indoors.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION?
There will be a shuttle picking up guests from both the Hampton Inn and Taconic. Shuttles will arrive at 4:30 and 4:45 respectively. There will also be shuttles back to the hotels, as well as the after party bar at the end of the reception. For those who are not using the shuttles, there is parking at the welcome center at Hildene.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Ladies: Casual dresses, we recommend a shawl or light jacket for the evening breeze

Gentlemen: Suits, jackets optional

Wedding Day  |  Garden Formal

Ladies: Bright colored floor-length or formal mid-length gowns

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will be addressed on your invitation.
IN THE EVENT MY PLUS ONE CAN'T ATTEND, MAY I INVITE ANOTHER GUEST INSTEAD?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate substitutions for plus ones if they cannot attend. Thank you for understanding!
